POC Items (charges paid outside of closing)
For POC items, where allowed each settlement statement line in HUD LITE has a box to enter a POC amount and a drop-down list to select the party that paid the charge (Buyer/Borrower, Lender or Seller).
POC charges are included on the GFE comparison page if you selected from the POC drop-down list that they were paid by borrower/buyer .
