Calculations
Settlement statement amounts are automatically totaled.
Various individual items may be calculated by the program, such as prorations (property taxes, condominium association assessments), mortgage taxes and transfer taxes. To have those items automatically calculated, place your cursor on the white amount box for the item, then click on the program Calculate menu.
