Good Faith Estimate

Lenders are required to provide a good faith estimate of loan settlement charges. A Good Faith Estimate Comparison Page is required for all Hud-1 and Settlement Statements, when using the 2010 forms. The good faith estimate comparison page lists charges that appeared on the lender's good faith estimate along with the actual charges on the settlement statement.
